How to measure

CHEST - With arms by side, measure around the fullest part of chest.

WAIST - Measure around waist at navel.

HIP - Measure around the fullest part of buttocks.

TORSO - Measure from centre of shoulder through legs and back to the same shoulder (back to the start of tape).

Designed with a super high rise that will stay in place during training and soft finish bands on the legs for additional comfort. We added a secret pocket to the inside of this waistband to stash a small key or I.D. card. Sylvia P branded logo is featured on the side of the garment. Made from our signature SP Activate fabric that is quick drying, 4-way stretch, durable and made to move with you.
