LA Wildfire Relief Leotard FAQ's

Introducing the LA Wildfire Relief Leotard—a limited-edition design created to support those impacted by the devastating California wildfires. All profits from this made-to-order leotard will go directly to the American Red Cross, an organisation providing critical aid to affected communities. From shelter and food to emotional support and recovery assistance, the Red Cross is on the ground helping families navigate and all those affected.

When can I order?

Orders are live from Wednesday 15th January, 3PM PST and close Thursday 30th January, 8:00pm PST. Following this, products will be removed from the Sylvia P website and no longer be available to order.

When will you ship my order?

We are making your leotards to order, therefore products will be shipped from Friday 28th February. Due to the unknown quantity of the LA Wildfire Relief Leotard, production timeframes may take longer than expected and delivery times will vary. Orders will be prioritised in the order that they were placed.

I’ve also ordered an in-stock garment outside the LA Wildfire Relief Leotard, will this be shipped before my LA Wildfire Relief Leotard is ready?

Sorry, but no it won’t. For ease of logistics, we’ll ship all these items together i.e the in-stock garments will be shipped with the made to order LA Wildfire Relief Leotard on the estimated shipping date above.

I’ve received the garment, but I’d like to return it—can I?

The LA Wildfire Relief Leotards are made to order, so these can’t be returned or exchanged for a different size. Please review our sizing guide prior to ordering. Please review our return policy here.

How much of the proceeds are going to the American Red Cross?

For each garment sold, we will be donating the profits to the American Red Cross. A small portion of the garment price will be used by Sylvia P to assist with production costs to ensure that this donation is possible. With the uncertainty of the number of garments that will be sold, we are doing everything possible to support those affected and ensure that as much money as possible goes directly to the American Red Cross.

Can I still donate without purchasing a leotard?

I missed the ordering window, can I still place an order?

Our order window is open until Thursday 30th January, 8:00pm PST. If you’ve missed this order window and would still like to show your support in helping those impacted by the LA Wildfires you can find more information on donating or volunteering at the American Red Cross.
