If you need to cancel your entry, you can do so by logging into your EQL account. EQL will notify you if your entry was successful or unsuccessful. If successful, your card on file will be charged the full amount for the leotard, and you will receive an email confirmation. If unsuccessful, you won’t be charged anything.

If you haven’t previously entered a launch run by EQL, the only way to create an account is by entering a launch once it is open. Your EQL account can be used to enter future launches run by EQL, but is separate from any Sylvia P account you might have.

Can I enter the launch multiple times?
To give everyone a fair and equal chance at securing the Pink Princess Leotard, entries are strictly limited to one per person for this launch. This ensures that no one has an unfair advantage, and everyone has the same opportunity to win. Entering more than once will hurt your chances of winning.

Am I charged for entering a launch?

What happens happens to my card details after?
